Step 2 -Concept Design & Building Tender
Our design team transforms your ideas into a custom home or duplex concept that fits both your family’s needs and your budget. Once you’re happy with the design, we prepare a fixed-price tender with realistic allowances so you can move forward with confidence.
Step 3 - Final plans & Selections
Now the fun begins. You’ll refine your design and choose from a curated range of finishes, fixtures, and details with guidance from our interior design team. This ensures your home feels truly yours, inside and out.
Step 4 - Approvals & Paperwork
We take care of the red tape so you don’t have to. From council submissions to CDC approvals and certifier lodgements, we manage the entire process keeping your project on track while you focus on the excitement of what’s ahead.
Step 5 – Construction
This is where your home takes shape. Our skilled craftsmen build with precision and care, guided by our experienced site managers. We’ll keep you updated with regular communication and weekly progress reports. Every detail is handled as if we were building our own home.
Step 6 - Handover
