Step 1

Meet with an expert Clover Homes design consultant to discuss your new home needs and budget.


Step 2

Choose from one of our single or double-storey designs, or customise your home plan.


Step 3

Initial Deposit is Paid. Your initial deposit covers below inspections & reports, Tender Sales plans & Tender.


Step 4

On-site inspection to ensure your new home complies with all the necessary council regulations. Your onsite inspection includes:

  • Soil Test by a qualified Engineer
  • Contour Survey by a registered Surveyor & 88b (If applicable)
  • Section 10.7 from your specific council
  • Land Title
  • Hydraulic advice from a qualified Hydraulic engineer.

Step 5

Tender issued. Your preliminary Tender agreement is prepared which will include your complete suite of building plans and cost estimates.


Step 6

Select your new home inclusions, upgrades, fittings, fixtures and finishes.


Step 7

Review and approve/sign your Final New Home Contract.


Step 8

Applications lodged. We look after all your council applications and building approvals.


Step 9

Site Start – Construction commences.
