Step 1
Meet with an expert Clover Homes design consultant to discuss your new home needs and budget.
Step 2
Choose from one of our single or double-storey designs, or customise your home plan.
Step 3
Initial Deposit Paid ($3,000.00) Your initial deposit covers plans, Tender & Above items.
Step 4
Onsite inspection to ensure your new home complies with all the necessary council regulations. Your onsite inspection includes:
- Soil Test
- Contour Survey
- Section 10.7
- Title
- Hydraulic advice
- 88b (If applicable)
Step 5
Select your new home inclusions, upgrades, fittings, and finishes.
Step 6
Tender issued. Your preliminary Tender agreement is prepared which will include your complete suite of building plans and cost estimates.
Step 7
Review and approve/sign your Final New Home Contract.
Step 8
Applications lodged. We look after all your council applications and building approvals.
Step 9
Site Start – Construction commences.
